  • Manage vendor relationships, including system integrators and managed service providers, as well as budgets and TCO optimization.
  • Partner with business leaders to define service requirements, demand management processes, and value-driven IT delivery models.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and digital optimization within enterprise applications.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP leadership, or IT transformation roles within complex global environments.
  • Strong expertise in large-scale ERP programs, particularly SAP S/4HANA implementations and enterprise system modernization.
  • Deep knowledge of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and shared services environments.
  • Experience managing enterprise application landscapes, enterprise architecture principles, and integration strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead vendor ecosystems, including system integrators, AMS providers, and offshore delivery teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost management, and ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Experience supporting M&A or divestiture-related system integration is highly valued.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills in matrixed organizations.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value discussions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $200,000 – $250,000 annually, based on experience and location.

  • Car allowance and additional compensation components depending on role structure.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and prescription plans.
  • Retirement savings plan (401k) with company match and immediate vesting.
  • Paid time off including vacation, holidays, sick leave, parental and caregiver leave.
