• 1–3+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience
  
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  
• Ability to upsell services ethically and maintain high CSI scores
  
• CDK or CDJR experience is a huge plus
  
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation abilities
  

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure
  
• Ability to walk the service drive and stand for extended periods
