- Location: Bank of America (Atlanta/Sandy Springs)
- Pay: $16.00/HR
- Part-Time
- Schedule:Monday-Friday 11am-4pm (off on weekends and bank holidays)

The Spirit of the Position:
TheLot Attendantis thefront-linepersonnel responsible for greeting, engaging, and interacting with all parkers.Lot Attendants create awelcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients in a manner consistent with the LAZ Way, serving as a representativewithhonesty, integrity, and accountability. The position requires handling POS devices, monitoring transactions, traffic directing, wayfinding assistance, flagging, etc..
Responsibilities:
- Communicate in a courteous, professional and effective manner, referring questions to the supervisor when applicable.
- Work with and without supervision and follow directions of supervisors
- Regular & punctual attendance is paramount to this position.
- Understand how to handle different parker types: tenants, visitors, employees, clients, etc.
- Familiarize yourself with the surrounding area to answer parkers questions.
- Be in correct LAZ Parking uniform, on time, and ready to work when scheduled.
- Uphold customer relations by consistently providing premier customer service with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness tohelp
- Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and in the parking office; help direct traffic, flag.
- Scan prepaid passes with POS device and assist with processing on-site payments.
- Make surethe location is safe and address anypotentialhazardous conditions
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Be flexible to accommodate our variable downtown events schedule
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong customer service skills and abilities.
- Ability to mitigate and help others overcome challenges (Never Ever Give Up Attitude).
- Ability to work independently and multi-task.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization and outside customers and clientele.
- Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices.
Skills:
- Ability to handle challenging and, at times, emotionally charged situations with grace
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
- Must be able to make decisions independently but also follow directives and stand firm regarding decisions and policies.
- Demonstrate proactiveness, urgency, and timeliness
Physical Demands:
- Standing and walkingforlong periodsof time(95-100% of the time) Note: sitting is not allowed unless on break or off-property
- Lifting and moving parking equipment(approx. 30 pounds)
- Ability to work in the elements (heat, cold, wind, snow, rain, etc.)
- Ability to perform functions that require repetitive motions using hands, wrists and arms.
- Adjust signage, traffic control equipment, etc. as needed

- Reliable transportation to and from job site(s) is necessary.
