This senior advisory role sits at the intersection of insurance transformation, strategic consulting, and executive client engagement within the Property & Casualty (P&C) sector. The position focuses on partnering directly with senior insurance executives to reshape operating models, modernize underwriting and claims functions, and drive large-scale digital and organizational transformation. You will act as a trusted advisor to COOs, CUOs, and CCOs, translating complex business challenges into actionable, high-impact strategies. The role combines deep industry expertise with consulting leadership, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will also contribute to shaping go-to-market strategies, developing thought leadership, and building scalable advisory frameworks. This is a highly visible role operating in a global consulting environment, where innovation, client impact, and industry influence converge.
- Serve as a senior advisor to P&C insurance executives (COOs, CUOs, CCOs), building trusted relationships and guiding strategic transformation initiatives.
- Lead consulting engagements focused on underwriting transformation, claims modernization, operational efficiency, and digital enablement.
- Translate client business objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps across insurance operations and service models.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI/analytics integration, and customer experience improvement across the insurance value chain.
- Develop thought leadership, frameworks, and tools to strengthen advisory offerings and enhance market positioning.
- Lead proposal development and go-to-market initiatives for new client opportunities in the P&C insurance sector.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to capability development and team growth.
- Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and publications, providing insights on emerging insurance trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance, combining consulting and industry expertise.
- Proven track record advising or working directly with senior insurance executives such as COOs, CUOs, and CCOs.
- Deep understanding of P&C insurance operations, including underwriting, claims, and service delivery models.
- Strong experience in insurance transformation, operational benchmarking, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Familiarity with modern insurance technology platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek) and AI/ML applications is highly desirable.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex client engagements.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, balanced with hands-on consulting execution.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- Competitive compensation package with base salary ranging from $225,000 to $275,000 USD, plus variable bonus.
