This senior advisory role sits at the intersection of insurance transformation, strategic consulting, and executive client engagement within the Property & Casualty (P&C) sector. The position focuses on partnering directly with senior insurance executives to reshape operating models, modernize underwriting and claims functions, and drive large-scale digital and organizational transformation. You will act as a trusted advisor to COOs, CUOs, and CCOs, translating complex business challenges into actionable, high-impact strategies. The role combines deep industry expertise with consulting leadership, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will also contribute to shaping go-to-market strategies, developing thought leadership, and building scalable advisory frameworks. This is a highly visible role operating in a global consulting environment, where innovation, client impact, and industry influence converge.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a senior advisor to P&C insurance executives (COOs, CUOs, CCOs), building trusted relationships and guiding strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Lead consulting engagements focused on underwriting transformation, claims modernization, operational efficiency, and digital enablement.
  • Translate client business objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps across insurance operations and service models.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, AI/analytics integration, and customer experience improvement across the insurance value chain.
  • Develop thought leadership, frameworks, and tools to strengthen advisory offerings and enhance market positioning.
  • Lead proposal development and go-to-market initiatives for new client opportunities in the P&C insurance sector.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to capability development and team growth.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and publications, providing insights on emerging insurance trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance, combining consulting and industry expertise.
  • Proven track record advising or working directly with senior insurance executives such as COOs, CUOs, and CCOs.
  • Deep understanding of P&C insurance operations, including underwriting, claims, and service delivery models.
  • Strong experience in insurance transformation, operational benchmarking, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with modern insurance technology platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek) and AI/ML applications is highly desirable.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex client engagements.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, balanced with hands-on consulting execution.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with base salary ranging from $225,000 to $275,000 USD, plus variable bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible leave policies.
  • Life, AD&D, and disability insurance coverage.
  • Health savings and flexible spending account options.
  • Employee assistance programs and wellness support resources.
  • Flexible remote working model supporting work-life balance.
  • Access to global consulting exposure and leadership development opportunities.
