This role focuses on building, maintaining, and optimizing automated deployment and CI/CD pipelines that support large-scale healthcare technology systems used by millions of users. You will contribute to the development of robust infrastructure enabling continuous integration, automated testing, and reliable software delivery across multiple environments. Working in a highly collaborative DevOps setting, you will support modernization efforts for critical healthcare platforms and ensure seamless code delivery from development through production. The environment is fast-paced, mission-driven, and centered on automation, scalability, and system reliability. You will also play a key role in improving deployment standards, troubleshooting pipeline issues, and enabling engineering teams to deliver high-quality releases efficiently. - Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines supporting multiple application systems across Linux-based environments
- Develop and manage continuous integration infrastructure, including build and deployment automation scripts
- Support integration, operation, and maintenance of CI/CD tools while ensuring pipeline stability and efficiency
- Enable full automation of build, test, and deployment processes across development, staging, and production environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across deployment pipelines and improve system reliability
- Define and enforce CI/CD standards, governance policies, and best practices for engineering teams
- Support onboarding and training of developers on CI/CD tools, source control, and deployment workflows
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in DevOps or CI/CD engineering on cloud environments (preferably AWS)
- Strong expertise in RedHat Ansible, Jenkins, and Git version control systems
- Advanced Linux administration and operations experience
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Packer, Groovy, OpenShift, Sonar, Nexus, Docker, Bash, and Java
- Experience with Python and Terraform for infrastructure automation
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Ability to obtain Federal Public Trust clearance and meet residency requirements in the United States
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills
