This role is an opportunity to redefine how a leading B2B technology brand shows up across social media by transforming it into a dynamic, video-first storytelling engine. You will be responsible for shaping a bold and modern digital voice that moves beyond traditional corporate content and instead focuses on engagement, creativity, and cultural relevance. Working in a fast-paced, global environment, you will design short-form video strategies, experiment with new formats, and build narratives that resonate with customers, partners, and industry professionals. You will collaborate closely with design, marketing, and subject matter experts to humanize technical topics and make them accessible and compelling. The role requires a strong creative instinct, an experimental mindset, and the ability to balance storytelling with performance insights. You will help elevate brand presence by turning social channels into active communities rather than passive distribution platforms.
- Lead the transformation of social media strategy toward a video-first, storytelling-driven approach across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Conceptualize, produce, and publish engaging short-form video content, including series, narratives, and thought leadership pieces tailored to each platform
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to modernize visual identity and develop bold, scroll-stopping creative assets
- Identify and partner with influencers, advocates, and internal experts to amplify authentic brand storytelling
- Drive community engagement by proactively interacting with audiences and creating meaningful conversations around content
- Monitor cultural trends, memes, and industry conversations to position the brand in relevant and timely discussions
- Analyze content performance metrics to refine creative direction and improve engagement outcomes
- 3+ years of experience in social media content creation, digital storytelling, or content marketing with a strong focus on video
- Proven portfolio of short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) demonstrating creativity, pacing, and storytelling ability
- Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and engagement strategies
- Ability to balance creative experimentation with performance insights and analytics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities
- Strong visual storytelling sense, including editing, scripting, and content ideation capabilities
