This is a highly strategic, externally focused product role at the intersection of product management, product marketing, and commercial execution within the life sciences software space. You will shape how a unified laboratory informatics platform is positioned and understood across scientific, operational, and executive audiences. The role combines deep product expertise with customer-facing storytelling, making you a key voice in how solutions are demonstrated, adopted, and scaled. You will engage directly with customers, sales teams, and executive leadership to translate complex scientific workflows into clear value narratives. Working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, you will influence product direction while also driving go-to-market impact. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic discussions and high-impact customer interactions.
In this role, you will own the external product narrative and act as a bridge between product strategy, customer needs, and commercial execution, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across all go-to-market activities.
- Develop and own positioning, messaging, and storytelling for ELN, LIMS, and CMC-related solutions, ensuring alignment with customer pain points and business value.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations for prospects, partners, and industry events, tailoring messaging to technical and executive audiences.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies with real product capabilities and customer insights.
- Act as the voice of the customer by synthesizing feedback from demos, engagements, and market trends into actionable product and positioning inputs.
- Support strategic sales activities including RFP responses, proof-of-concept engagements, and key account opportunities.
- Contribute to product marketing initiatives such as webinars, conference presentations, and customer advisory materials.
This role requires strong product expertise in life sciences software, combined with commercial acumen and the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in product management, product marketing, or a hybrid role within life sciences software or scientific informatics environments.
- Strong knowledge of ELN and LIMS platforms, with the ability to engage credibly with scientists, lab managers, and IT stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of CMC, bioanalysis, bioprocessing, GMP manufacturing, and related life sciences workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and influence deal progression through customer engagement.
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including C-level audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant scientific discipline strongly preferred.
