Job Description:

US Advisors is seeking experienced and mission-driven Case Management Leads to provide frontline leadership and supervision of case management operations at Camp East Montana (CEM) in El Paso, TX. Case Management Leads ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient execution of detainee case management, documentation, and coordination activities, while maintaining accountability, quality control, and operational continuity in a high-tempo environment.

This is a full-time, onsite leadership position supporting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) by ensuring that all administrative and case documentation is accurate, complete, and prepared to support immigration proceedings, transfers, releases, and removals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively manage teams, solve problems in real time, and drive operational execution while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and a high standard of performance in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Oversight
    • Supervise and provide day-to-day direction to Case Management Specialists
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational coordination and issue tracking
    • Support onboarding and training of team members
  • Case Management Operations
    • Oversee case management activities
    • Monitor workload distribution and staffing coverage
    • Coordinate to align case priorities, timelines, and execution
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
    • Conduct quality control reviews
    • Ensure compliance with DHS/ICE requirements and federal regulations
    • Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions
  • Detainee Communications & Coordination
    • Oversee logging and tracking of detainee communications
    • Ensure urgent issues are escalated immediately to ICE and program leadership
  • Data & Reporting
    • Provide updates to leadership on case processing metrics, staffing, and operational issues
    • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
  • Bilingual Support
    • Utilize Spanish language skills to support case management operations and communication as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Three or more years of administrative, clerical or operational support experience that includes lead or supervisory responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Office 365)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and maintain accountability
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or higher
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) in a professional setting
  • Prior experience supporting federal law enforcement, immigration, or detention operations
  • Experience with case management systems, records management, and compliance-driven environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure and manage shifting priorities

Work Schedule:
  • Fully onsite at Camp East Montana (CEM), El Paso, TX
  • Operations run 0700 to 1900 (7 AM to 7 PM) Monday through Sunday
  • Leads will be assigned to 12-hour shifts
    • Day: 0700 – 1900
  • Standard schedule: 12-hour shifts each week (alternating 3- and 4-day work week)
  • Overtime will be made available
  • Offer is contingent on candidates passing a thorough background check for federal employment. This position requires a background investigation, including a criminal history check, as part of the employment process. Successful completion of this background investigation is a condition of employment. The background investigation will include verification of employment history, education, and other relevant information as determined by the agency.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Ten (10) days annually, including sick leave, accrued over time.
  • Federal Holidays: Ten (10) paid Federal holidays, details to be provided during training/orientation

Compensation:
  • $33 - $37/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
