We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI-powered applications and tools that solve real-world business challenges within the company. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions, streamline workflows, and enhance productivity.

This role is fully onsite at our Calabasas, CA office.

• Design and develop AI-powered applications, tools, and workflows that address internal company pain points.
  
• Implement and integrate APIs for efficient and secure data access and exchange.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and secure code across multiple languages and frameworks.
  
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of AI solutions.
  
• Leverage LLMs to build innovative features.
  
• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and availability while troubleshooting technical issues.
  
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Heroku, and other cloud platforms using modern CI/CD pipelines.
  

• 2–3 years of professional experience in AI engineering or software development.
  
• Strong expertise in AI prompting and AI engineering workflows.
  
• Proficiency in:
  
• • Programming & Frameworks: Python, React, Node.js, Express.js, Ruby on Rails
    
  • Databases: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL
    
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Heroku, GitHub CI/CD
    
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and OpenAI.
  
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (required).
  
• Must be able to work onsite in Calabasas, CA.
  

• Familiarity with prompt engineering best practices for building AI-driven workflows.
  
• Experience optimizing AI application performance and reliability.
  
• Previous experience deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments.
