About This Position
We are pleased to announce an opening for a Postdoctoral Fellow at one of our 20 Mindcolor locations!
We are seeking an ideal candidate who possesses a strong passion for client facing clinical practice, as well as an interest in applied research initiatives. While the role is primarily clinical, it also involves collaborative writing on professional practice topics, participating in systems projects such as outcome data collection and analysis, and engaging in editorial activities for peer reviewed behavior analytic journals. We have an organizational applied research infrastructure, providing candidates completing their doctoral dissertations with dedicated space and comprehensive support to do so.
The position offers direct mentorship and the chance to collaborate on research and projects alongside the organization’s Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Amber Valentino. There are also opportunities to collaborate with other esteemed clinical advisors on our advisory board.
Responsibilities
• Deliver direct clinical services to individuals with autism.
• Develop and execute a research project by the conclusion of the postdoctoral position.
• Deliver a presentation at a conference representing Mindcolor.
• Actively participate in Mindcolor’s internal quality and outcomes initiative.
• Facilitate a continuing education event for Mindcolor BCBAs
• Assist the Mindcolor clinical team in managing the literature request system by conducting article searches, providing expert consultations on specific topics, and facilitating communication with team members who have submitted literature requests.
• If applicable, continue progress toward dissertation completion.
• Meet weekly with the Chief Clinical Officer to review projects, discuss research ideas, review data, and write collaboratively.
• If interested, conduct editorial work (guest reviews, reviews, guest AE work) as assigned by the CCO.

Requirements:• Obtained or in the process of obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification active and in good standing
• Maintain active state licensure if required
