Full-Time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop objectives for the day-to-day activities, which could include scheduling and performing patient’s pap therapy remote setups and provide ongoing sleep coaching.
• Act as the front-line resource for Respiratory Therapist staff questions
• Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards.
• Monitor and improve telephone handling and other procedures.
• Evaluate performance with key metrics.
• Maintain and improve RT operations by evaluating resources and objectives
• Maximize potential for patients to achieve cpap compliance
• Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology, etc.)
• Approve timecards and time-off requests for assigned team
• Prepare reports for upper management.
• Work with Sleep Therapy leadership to identify and solve problems
• Work with team members (other RTs, Sleep Coaches, PCC’s and various departments) to ensure tasks are completed and objectives are met.
• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Valid Respiratory Therapist license
• Sleep therapy experience preferred

• Keen ability to think and act strategically; planning for the long-term while balancing the short and long-range needs of the organization
Access to Protected Health Information (PHI)
• This position will require the employee to handle Protected Health Information (PHI) for duties related to document and report preparation. Policies and procedures will be strictly adhered to make sure PHI is protected as required by the HIPAA Privacy Rule.
