$30,000–$40,000 per year | Full-Time | Travel Required (Up to 75%)
193 Litton Drive, Lexington, SC 29073 and up to 75% travel
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (1-hour lunch) + weekends as needed

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Traveling Weight Room Installer / Fitness Equipment Installer to join our installation team. This role involves traveling to various client locations to assemble, install, and set up commercial gym and weight room equipment.
Installations take place in schools, commercial gyms, corporate fitness centers, and athletic facilities nationwide or regionally.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, and secure fitness and weight room equipment according to specifications
- Read and follow installation plans, layouts, and safety standards
- Assess job sites for proper measurements, spacing, and setup requirements
- Unload, transport, and organize equipment safely at job sites
- Conduct post-installation inspections to ensure safety and functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic on-site installation issues
- Communicate with customers and team members professionally
- Travel extensively (regional or national installations)
- Maintain accurate installation records (equipment lists, layouts, notes)
- Support general installation and warehouse preparation work as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with hand tools, mechanical assembly, or construction-type work preferred
- Ability to read basic layouts, diagrams, or installation instructions
- Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 75%)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in teams and on job sites independently
- Experience in fitness equipment, construction, or mechanical assembly is a plus
Required Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid state-issued Driver's License
- Valid REAL ID
Physical Demands:
- Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently
- Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently
- Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day
- Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing
