Accountabilities:

Lead client engagements focused on data strategy, AI readiness, governance, and enterprise data modernization for legal and professional services organizations
Design and guide enterprise data solutions covering people, organizations, clients, and matter-related data domains
Translate complex data and AI concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and executive audiences
Support the development and implementation of data platforms such as data catalogs, MDM systems, data lakes, data warehouses, and BI tools
Contribute to legal AI enablement initiatives through structured data programs and analytics-driven solution design
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to build integrated, scalable client solutions
Lead or support process improvement initiatives and the development of new methodologies and standards
Manage project delivery within scope, timeline, and resource constraints
Present strategic insights and solutions in executive meetings, client workshops, and industry forums
Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting professional development and team growth

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications in data, technology, or business disciplines preferred
10+ years of experience in legal or professional services environments with strong client-facing responsibilities
Proven expertise in enterprise data strategy, governance, and data management frameworks
Strong understanding of how law firms or corporate legal departments use data for operational and strategic decision-making
Experience working with data platforms, analytics tools, and AI-enabled solutions
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver strategic client outcomes
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and explain complex concepts clearly
Experience improving processes, systems, or operational models within structured environments
Ability to manage small to mid-sized teams, including performance management and talent development
