This role is a high-impact, strategic position responsible for shaping and scaling a fast-growing EdTech brand targeting international postgraduate and MBA students. You will own the end-to-end brand and content strategy across major social platforms, ensuring consistent storytelling and measurable growth. Acting as the central link between leadership and the content ecosystem, you will define direction, structure execution, and optimize performance across all brand touchpoints. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a strong focus on experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and audience resonance. You will manage distributed creative teams while ensuring all output aligns with a unified brand identity. This is a highly autonomous role designed for someone who thrives on ownership, strategy, and growth impact. Your work will directly influence brand visibility and student engagement across global markets.
- Own and drive the end-to-end brand, content, and social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Define content calendars, campaign themes, creator briefs, and publishing strategies aligned with audience behavior and academic cycles.
- Review, refine, and approve all content to ensure quality, consistency, and performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand voice, positioning, and identity tailored to international student audiences.
- Manage and coordinate content creators, editors, and marketing support teams with clear direction and feedback.
- Oversee community engagement strategies to drive organic growth, interaction, and audience retention.
- Track performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights, trends, and platform analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media strategy, or growth marketing roles.
- Strong track record of growing social media channels, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Experience working with or targeting international student audiences (UK, US, or Australia markets preferred).
- Deep understanding of short-form content, engagement mechanics, and platform algorithms.
- Proven experience managing creators, freelancers, or distributed marketing teams.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong ability to craft conversational, audience-first messaging.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and strategic thinking.
- Familiarity with SEO, content-led growth strategies, or student ambassador programs is a plus.
- Prior experience studying abroad or exposure to student communities is an added advantage.
