Remote Engineering Director for GTM

- Define and maintain a target architecture for integrated marketing technology and data systems.

- Hire and lead a high-impact engineering team focused on GTM systems.
- Balance quick wins with longer-term investments in technology and processes.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance GTM strategies.
- Establish data governance and monitoring standards for GTM systems.
- 15+ years in software or data engineering with experience in GTM or marketing systems.
- Strong technical skills in APIs, data models, and system architecture.
- Expertise in Salesforce and marketing automation systems like Marketo.
- Ability to work collaboratively with data and analytics teams.
- Experience leading small, agile engineering teams.
