Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales team in identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and driving business growth. You will act as the technical liaison between our sales executives and prospective clients, delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and addressing technical inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and craft tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical deep-dives for prospects.
- Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
- Provide pre-sales technical support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and solution architectures as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with product developments and industry trends.
- Participate in trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events as required.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and refine offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- [2+] years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales role.
- Strong understanding of [industry-specific tools, e.g., SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc.].
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
- Certifications in [e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce, Cisco, etc.].
- Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
