As Director of F1 Partnerships, you will own the full lifecycle of strategic planning, activation, and execution for a world-class Formula 1 portfolio. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that elevate brand visibility on a global stage. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong leadership and operational excellence. From VIP experiences to large-scale activations, your work will directly influence business outcomes and audience engagement. This is a dynamic, travel-intensive role ideal for someone passionate about motorsports and global events.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and drive the full-year strategy, execution, and performance of all Formula 1 partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable ROI
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, PR, social media, sales, and leadership teams to deliver integrated, high-impact activations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related activities, including stakeholder engagement, driver interactions, and brand representation
  • Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of global activations, including VIP hospitality, on-site experiences, and experiential marketing programs
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and deliver actionable insights to optimize future activations
  • Develop and maintain operational frameworks, documentation, and processes to ensure scalable and efficient execution
  • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and contractual deliverables to ensure seamless delivery and compliance
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities and continuously enhance strategy

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience managing large-scale global sports partnerships or activations, ideally within Formula 1 or similar environments
  • Proven track record of successfully executing sponsorship strategies and managing full contract lifecycles
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, including experience working with high-profile partners and executives
  • Advanced project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple global initiatives simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and using insights to improve performance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for global sports, particularly Formula 1, and a strong understanding of fan engagement and brand activation
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 25–30% of the time, including weekends
