- Own and drive the full-year strategy, execution, and performance of all Formula 1 partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable ROI
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, PR, social media, sales, and leadership teams to deliver integrated, high-impact activations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related activities, including stakeholder engagement, driver interactions, and brand representation
- Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of global activations, including VIP hospitality, on-site experiences, and experiential marketing programs
- Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and deliver actionable insights to optimize future activations
- Develop and maintain operational frameworks, documentation, and processes to ensure scalable and efficient execution
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and contractual deliverables to ensure seamless delivery and compliance
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities and continuously enhance strategy
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale global sports partnerships or activations, ideally within Formula 1 or similar environments
- Proven track record of successfully executing sponsorship strategies and managing full contract lifecycles
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
- Exceptional relationship management skills, including experience working with high-profile partners and executives
- Advanced project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple global initiatives simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and using insights to improve performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for global sports, particularly Formula 1, and a strong understanding of fan engagement and brand activation
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 25–30% of the time, including weekends
