This role sits at the intersection of talent acquisition, data analytics, and workforce strategy, transforming recruiting data into actionable insights that directly shape hiring decisions. You will play a key role in building and maintaining the analytical backbone of the talent acquisition function, enabling teams to move from intuition-based hiring to data-driven decision-making. The environment is fast-paced, global, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on automation, scalability, and AI-driven insights. You will work closely with recruiters, leadership, and HR stakeholders to uncover hiring trends, optimize recruitment funnels, and improve workforce planning. - Own and continuously improve talent acquisition reporting and analytics, including funnel metrics, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness
- Build executive-level dashboards and scorecards that support workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and leadership decision-making
- Lead talent market intelligence initiatives by analyzing competitor hiring trends, talent availability, and emerging skill landscapes
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve sourcing, screening, reporting, and overall recruiting workflows
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools to visualize key recruitment and hiring performance metrics
- Analyze bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel and provide actionable recommendations to improve speed, efficiency, and candidate experience
- Ensure high data quality and consistency across ATS and HRIS systems, defining standards and resolving discrepancies
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Intelligence, Talent Acquisition analytics, sourcing, or data analytics roles focused on hiring or workforce data
- Strong hands-on experience with talent intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Eightfold, Findem, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to build dashboards and reports that are actively used by non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured data models and insights
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Visier, plus advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights clearly to both recruiters and senior leadership
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, funnel metrics, and hiring operations
- Nice to have: experience working with AI-driven analytics or automation in HR/TA environments
- Fluent English required for global collaboration
