Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, Global Futures

This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, data, and emerging AI technologies, driving the next evolution of marketing performance at a global scale. You will lead the design and implementation of AI-powered systems that transform how campaigns are analyzed, optimized, and executed across multiple channels. Operating in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment, you will partner with engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to turn complex data into actionable intelligence. Your work will directly impact efficiency, scalability, and revenue growth by automating core marketing workflows. This is a highly strategic yet hands-on leadership role, requiring both vision and execution excellence. You will help shape how advanced automation and AI redefine modern growth marketing.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design and deployment of AI-driven, agent-based marketing workflows that analyze performance, generate insights, and recommend or execute optimizations across paid media, SEO, and creative channels.
  • Build and scale autonomous systems that detect performance anomalies, identify growth opportunities, and automate reporting and insight generation across multiple marketing platforms.
  • Redesign core growth marketing workflows to reduce manual effort, accelerate experimentation, and improve campaign iteration speed from hours to minutes.
  • Develop integrated data pipelines in collaboration with engineering teams to enable real-time or near-real-time marketing decisioning.
  • Implement LLM-based systems for natural language querying and automated insight generation from complex performance datasets.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in Growth, Product, Data Science, and Marketing to identify high-ROI automation opportunities and define success metrics tied to business impact.
  • Act as an internal champion for AI adoption, promoting experimentation, operational excellence, and scalable automation practices across marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, or Conversion Rate Optimization, ideally within B2B SaaS or fintech environments.
  • Proven experience leading AI, automation, or martech transformation initiatives within marketing organizations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing infrastructure, data pipelines, attribution systems, and performance analytics.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms, along with CRM and marketing automation systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth, efficiency gains, or cycle time reduction.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence skills, with experience driving adoption without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Preferred: experience with global martech rollouts, AI governance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA), and advanced workflows such as prompt engineering or agentic AI systems.
