Job Title: Principal Engineer – Embedded Software/Firmware
Location: Bangalore, India
Work Mode: Onsite
Timings: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

Responsible for leading embedded firmware development, managing teams, and ensuring successful product delivery from design to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead embedded C/C++ firmware development and overall product lifecycle
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers
• Drive architecture, design, testing, and release of software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development
• Debug complex hardware/software issues and ensure resolution
• Plan milestones and ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CSE/ECE or related field
• 15+ years of experience in embedded C/C++ firmware development
• Experience in team/technical leadership
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems and microcontroller architecture
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
