| Position Summary: The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the company’s production scheduling and planning system. This role ensures alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and material availability to support efficient, on-time order fulfillment. This is a foundational role within the organization. The Master Scheduler will not simply manage schedules, but will build the scheduling function from the ground up. This includes introducing structured planning processes, improving data accuracy, and supporting the transition toward a more formal Material Requirements Planning (MRP) approach. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to create meaningful operational improvements. | |
