This leadership role is focused on driving new customer acquisition and building a high-performing sales organization within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The position is responsible for leading a team of individual contributors focused on closing new business and consistently achieving revenue targets. You will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market execution, improving sales productivity, and ensuring strong alignment with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership, requiring a strong ability to coach, develop, and retain top sales talent. Success is measured by team quota attainment, pipeline growth, and conversion performance. You will also influence sales culture, process optimization, and scalable growth strategies. This is a highly impactful role with visibility across the organization and direct contribution to revenue expansion.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 4–8 sales professionals focused on new logo acquisition and revenue growth
- Drive team performance across key metrics including quota attainment, sales productivity, pipeline development, and conversion rates
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies, including training programs, compensation structures, and performance improvement plans
- Support the full sales cycle, including deal scoping, contract review, negotiation, and closing activities
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales operations, finance, product, and delivery teams to align go-to-market strategy and execution
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
- Deliver regular reporting on KPIs and performance insights to senior leadership
- Address performance gaps through coaching, feedback, and structured development plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales leadership managing high-performing teams
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding team sales targets and revenue goals
- Prior experience as an individual contributor in a closing sales role within a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in high-growth, high-velocity, and dynamic organizations
- Strong ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in cybersecurity, technology, or audit/compliance services is a plus
