Job Description

DV360 Platform Strategist

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a DV360 Platform Strategist in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of programmatic expertise, product strategy, and go-to-market execution. You will be responsible for shaping how DV360 is positioned, packaged, and operationalized across the organization, transforming deep platform capability into scalable commercial strategy. The role requires both technical fluency in Google’s programmatic ecosystem and the ability to translate that complexity into clear, repeatable frameworks for sales and client teams. You will define how different DV360 use cases are applied across audiences, verticals, and deal types, ensuring consistency and performance. Acting as both strategist and internal subject matter expert, you will influence client-facing recommendations, internal standards, and platform adoption. This is a high-impact role where your expertise directly shapes revenue outcomes and programmatic maturity.

Accountabilities

You will own the strategic design and operational framework for how DV360 is used, positioned, and scaled across the business. This includes building internal standards, packaging solutions, and enabling teams to confidently sell and execute DV360 campaigns. You will also serve as a key advisor in strategic opportunities and ensure alignment between platform capabilities and commercial execution.

  • Define the decision framework for DV360 usage across open auction, PMP, PG deals, and restricted categories
  • Build and standardize category routing logic to guide platform and deal type selection by vertical
  • Develop DV360 product packaging, pricing structures, and bidding strategy guidelines (CPM, CPV, non-skippable, etc.)
  • Establish ad tag implementation standards and reporting frameworks to ensure consistent measurement
  • Create internal playbooks, training materials, and sales enablement resources for DV360 adoption
  • Partner with sales, account, and strategy teams on RFPs, pitches, and client solutions
  • Monitor DV360 product updates and translate them into actionable internal guidance
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure consistent execution and messaging across all DV360 offerings
Requirements

You bring deep, hands-on expertise in DV360 and a strong understanding of how programmatic ecosystems operate at scale. You are equally comfortable working at a technical level within the platform and shaping high-level go-to-market strategy. You know how to influence stakeholders and translate complex concepts into actionable business guidance.

  • 5+ years of direct experience with DV360 across open auction, PMP, PG, and restricted categories
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies and their application across campaign objectives
  • Experience building or contributing to go-to-market strategy, packaging, or productization of ad tech solutions
  • Proven ability to guide internal teams and clients with clear, data-backed recommendations
  • Experience with ad tag implementation and cross-platform reporting structures
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Experience leading experimentation and optimization decisions in programmatic environments
  • Google Marketing Platform certifications (DV360, CM360) preferred
Benefits
  • Fully remote work environment
  • 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees (50% for dependents)
  • Health Savings and Dependent Care FSA options
  • Free One Medical and virtual healthcare memberships
  • Generous monthly remote work stipends
  • Flexible PTO policy
  • Supportive parental leave program
  • 401(k) retirement plan options
  • Company-paid life insurance plus optional supplemental coverage
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage options
  • Monthly paid day off for personal use
  • Coffee or tea subscription benefit
  • Competitive compensation package with an estimated annual base salary of $155,000–$170,000 (plus potential additional benefits such as equity and variable pay depending on eligibility and role structure)
