Do you enjoy building relationships and making a real difference in someone’s day?
Are you looking for work that feels meaningful and not just something to clock in and out of?
At Home Care Partners, you’ll provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes. This is not a facility role—you’ll work directly with clients, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent while building real relationships along the way.
We’re hiring both full-time (30–40 hours/week) and part-time (16–29 hours/week) caregivers across Lincoln.
What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters)
- Build consistent relationships and provide meaningful companionship
- Support personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting) with dignity and respect
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
- Assist with meals, errands, and daily routines
- Provide medication reminders and safe transfers
- Document care and communicate updates so we can support each client effectively
This role is about more than tasks—it’s about showing up for someone who depends on you.

We aim to create schedules that are consistent and aligned with your availability, while still meeting client needs.
- Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week
- Part-Time: 16–29 hours per week
- Shift options:
- Mornings (8 AM – 12 PM)
- Afternoons (12 PM – 5 PM)
- Evenings (5 PM – 9 PM)
- Awake Overnights (9 PM – 8 AM)
- Weekend availability required (at least 2 per month)
You’ll be scheduled with clients based on your availability and fit. This helps create consistency for both you and the client.
Why Caregivers Choose Home Care Partners
- Competitive pay with additional differential opportunities (weekends & on-call)
- Paid Sick Leave so you can take care of yourself when needed
- CNA tuition reimbursement
- Nationally recognized paid training and ongoing professional development
- Clear path for growth and advancement
- A supportive team that communicates, checks in, and values your work
- Clients you’ll genuinely enjoy working with
We’ve also been voted one of Lincoln’s top home care companies eight times, which is more than anyone else.
