This strategic leadership role sits at the intersection of business growth and people strategy, supporting a global Go-to-Market organization in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will translate business priorities into scalable talent strategies that enable performance, innovation, and sustainable growth. You will lead a team of experienced People Business Partners while shaping initiatives related to organizational design, leadership development, and performance management. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners to align talent programs with revenue goals and operational effectiveness. Working in a fully remote and highly collaborative environment, you will help build and strengthen a high-performing culture that empowers teams to achieve ambitious outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to influence executive decision-making while driving measurable impact across a global organization.
Accountabilities:
  • Act as the primary strategic People partner to the Chief Revenue Officer and the Go-to-Market executive leadership team, aligning talent strategies with revenue growth and organizational priorities.
  • Lead and develop a global team of People Business Partners, fostering a culture of coaching, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions to design and implement people strategies that support productivity, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive large-scale organizational design, transformation, and change initiatives that strengthen team effectiveness and align structures with business objectives.
  • Provide executive coaching and guidance on leadership development, talent planning, and complex people-related decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Recruiting, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Total Rewards to ensure integrated people programs that support business outcomes.
  • Define and monitor key workforce metrics such as sales productivity, leadership effectiveness, retention in critical roles, and time-to-productivity for new hires to measure the impact of talent initiatives.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in senior People Business Partner or HR leadership roles supporting Go-to-Market organizations within enterprise technology or SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of partnering with executive leadership across revenue-generating functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring high-performing HR or People Business Partner teams at a senior level.
  • Strong understanding of revenue organization dynamics, including quota-based performance management, sales compensation structures, and territory planning.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on complex talent decisions within large, global organizations.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive coaching skills.
  • Experience using workforce analytics and data-driven insights to inform talent strategy and organizational decisions.
  • Comfortable operating in remote or distributed environments with strong autonomy and collaboration across global teams.
