Force Building Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support commercial and industrial clients, including high-volume warehouses and distribution facilities. This role is suited for technicians who are trusted to diagnose issues, make real-time decisions in the field, and take ownership of the quality of their work.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations on industrial and commercial equipment
• Independently diagnose mechanical and equipment issues and implement effective solutions
• Work with conveyors, motors, and mechanical systems in active operating environments
• Follow OSHA and site-specific safety protocols while maintaining productivity and quality
• Read and interpret scopes of work, job instructions, and site requirements
• Communicate clearly with leadership and clients on findings, timelines, and solutions
• Represent Force Building Services professionally on-site

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in maintenance, mechanical repair, construction, or commercial facilities
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot independently
• Comfort working in fast-paced, operational environments
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed
• Ability to work flexible schedules as projects require
• Based in or near the Salt Lake City area
