Responsibilities: Main responsibilities include the blending, cleaning and tempering of the wheat. The employee must monitor the proper operation of the mill. Furthermore, this individual is expected to maintain a high flour yield as well as quality on all grades or blends of flours as specifications dictate.

Qualifications:

Individual must excel in respect, trust and responsibility, striving for continuous improvement, commitment to excellence.
High school diploma or GED required, with the ability to read, write and perform mathematics. Post-secondary technical schooling is preferred.
Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
Strong decision-making abilities required.
Ability to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds.
Ability to ride a man lift and frequently utilize stairs in a ten (10) story plant in Hopkinsville.
Must be able to maneuver uneven terrain.
Must be able to work multiple, rotating shifts and available for call ins.
Available to travel periodically.

Hours: 12 hour rotating shifts with weekends and overtime as needed
