About the position:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our established People & Culture team of five, supporting the seamless delivery of our day to day operations. It’s a fantastic role for someone who enjoys administration, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow their career in People & Culture while making a meaningful impact
Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and internal movement processes across the business
- Prepare and maintain employment documentation and employee records within our HRIS
- Support probation tracking processes by maintaining schedules, reminders, and required documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics including equipment orders, desk setup, welcome communications, and internal access workflows.
- Manage the HR inbox, responding to general queries and directing more complex matters to the appropriate team member.
- Set up, manage, and maintain business software subscriptions (e.g., SaaS tools, user access, billing cycles, licence renewals) and hardware for employees.
- Manage the administrative relationship with Baptist World Aid for child sponsorships, including recordkeeping and correspondence.
- Manage the HQ car parking roster and building access fobs, maintaining related administrative records.
- Pull and prepare data for People & Culture reporting and analytics as required.
- Participate in People & Culture projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
What are we seeking?
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, with some of that within a People & Culture or HR environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Strong computer literacy and tech skills, with the ability to set up and maintain business software subscriptions, user access, and IT equipment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive and solution-focused approach, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Proven flexibility, adaptability, and able to respond and adjust easily to change in work demands.
