Job Title: Patient Onboarding Coordinator

Location: North Scottsdale, AZ (located at East Bell Road and the 101)

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 annually

Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday. 8-hour day shift. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

Job Description:

Envita Medical Center is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Onboarding Coordinator to ensure a smooth and clinically prepared start for all new patients. This role serves as the primary liaison between Medical Records, Patient Care, and Physician teams, ensuring documentation, labs, and records are complete prior to the patient’s first visit.

You will be expected to:

· Contact patients within 24 hours of booking to confirm appointments, billing status, and required documentation

· Audit, collect, and enter New Patient Paperwork into the EMR system

· Research and obtain recent medical records and lab results

· Coordinate with Physician Support and Care Management teams regarding missing labs or documentation

· Conduct follow-up calls as needed to secure outstanding records

· Escalate cases when recent chart notes or labs (within 30 days) are unavailable

· Maintain accurate documentation and task tracking within internal systems (EMR, Teams, Planner, SharePoint)

· Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies

Job Requirements:

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment

· Experience in medical administration, patient coordination, or medical records preferred

· Familiarity with EMR systems and medical terminology preferred
