Welding Department at Mobile Tech – Bremen, Indiana

We are seeking a skilled and certified Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welds on various materials and components according to engineering specifications and industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of welding techniques and safety protocols.

· Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan welding operations

· Inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws

· Always ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines

· Operate and maintain welding equipment in proper working condition

· Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure product integrity

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Complete required documentation and records accurately as needed

Schedule- 6am-2:30pm, Monday- Friday

Weekly attendance bonus

· High school diploma or GED

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial welding environment

· Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, measurements, drawings and welding symbols

· Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations

· Strong attention to detail and quality and a commitment to produce quality work

· Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying positions and environment

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
