- Identify and shape high-potential “big bet” opportunities by synthesizing internal priorities, market signals, and emerging trends into actionable strategies and success metrics
- Own end-to-end execution of priority initiatives, maintaining momentum and delivering measurable outcomes across high-stakes projects
- Lead complex cross-functional collaboration, aligning teams across product, research, programs, finance, and other functions to unlock new opportunities
- Develop and manage high-value external relationships, including senior stakeholders, foundations, donors, and strategic partners
- Craft tailored partnership and funding strategies, including pitch materials, narratives, and engagement plans to secure large-scale resources
- Support executive-level decision-making and engagement by preparing critical external communications, briefings, and presentations
- 7+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments such as consulting, technology, startups, or nonprofit fundraising
- Demonstrated success driving results in ambiguous, high-stakes contexts with strong problem-solving and ownership
- Experience shaping, securing, or supporting multi-million-dollar partnerships, investments, or strategic initiatives
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align senior stakeholders without formal authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-stakes, external-facing materials
- Strong prioritization, self-management, and execution skills across multiple workstreams
- Additional expertise is a plus: fluency in technology-driven environments, existing senior-level networks, or experience leveraging AI tools in daily workflows
- Alignment with organizational values, including emotional intelligence, inclusivity, and a focus on maximizing impact for underserved communities
- Base salary: $109,200 USD with target bonus of 10% (~$10,920, potential for upside)
- Estimated total compensation at target: $120,120+
- Annual benefits stipend: $21,393 (flexible for benefits or additional taxable income)
