Job Summary:Sweeper isresponsible for supporting efficient operation of the SureSort automated sorting system. This role ensures the correct handling and flow of totes throughout the process, from confirmation of order completion to placement on the conveyor system. The team member will actively monitor the pick-to-light system, manage tote replenishment, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal system performance.

Essential job duties include:

• Monitorthe SureSort pick-to-light system to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
• Use ahandheld scanner to verify that tote orders are complete and ready for dispatch.
• Liftand place full totes onto the outbound conveyor for shipment processing.
• Replaceempty racks with totes to maintain a continuous workflow.
• Monitorsthe flow of packages through the system, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance.
• Communicatewith team leads or maintenance staff when system issues arise
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must be at least 18 years ofage.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Must be able to work safely in a fast paces team environment.
• Standing/Walking required throughout the work day.
• Visual Acuity required to discern letters or numbers at a given distance.
