As a Senior AI Product Owner, you will lead the vision and strategy for an internal Machine Learning platform, enabling data scientists and ML engineers to deploy scalable, resilient, and reliable models. You will translate complex technical problems into actionable initiatives, prioritize impact-driven development, and ensure platform adoption across teams. This role combines technical product ownership with a deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle in a high-scale environment. You will collaborate closely with global AI teams, streamline workflows, and track platform performance metrics to drive efficiency and innovation. • Define and maintain the AI platform product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and internal stakeholder needs.
• Shape the vision and strategy for the platform, translating technical requirements into clear user stories, PRDs, and epics.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, analyze workflows, and validate problems to ensure impactful solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML tools and processes, ensuring operational challenges are addressed efficiently.
• Collaborate with global AI teams to identify and deliver high-impact MLOps and data products (e.g., model serving, observability, feature stores).
• Define, track, and report platform success metrics, including deployment time, adoption rate, reliability, and cycle time.
• Communicate product updates, advocate for platform improvements, and provide direction to Agile development teams.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a product role within technology, ideally B2B, platform, or technical product contexts.
• Understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle and MLOps principles.
• Proven ability to define requirements that solve business and technical challenges.
• Solid experience with Agile methodologies and product management frameworks.
• Strong communication skills across technology and business teams.
• Background in technology, software development, or machine learning is a plus.
• Familiarity with lean startup principles or design thinking is advantageous.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a commitment to seamless user experience.
