You’ll also leverage AI tools to scale content creation while maintaining a strong human voice. If you’re passionate about crafting meaningful narratives and building cohesive brand experiences, this role offers both creative ownership and strategic influence.

- Create scalable guidelines, systems, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality in all written content
- Write and edit high-impact materials including campaigns, product messaging, brand narratives, and key communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, design, and leadership) to shape messaging from concept to execution
- Integrate and oversee AI-assisted writing workflows, ensuring outputs meet high standards of clarity, tone, and accuracy
- Contribute to product and UX writing, crafting clear and engaging in-app content across user journeys and system states
- Mentor and guide team members, elevating writing quality and fostering strong storytelling capabilities across the organization
- 8+ years of experience in brand writing, copywriting, or content strategy, with ownership of voice and messaging direction
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in storytelling across multiple formats (web, campaigns, product, lifecycle, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead large-scale content initiatives such as brand systems, campaigns, or product launches
- Exceptional editorial judgment with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and design
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for content creation, editing, and workflow optimization
- Strong understanding of UX writing principles and product content design
- Excellent communication and feedback skills, with the ability to mentor others and influence stakeholders
- Experience working in distributed or remote environments and managing multiple priorities effectively
- Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $165,000 based on experience and location
- Fully remote work environment with home office setup support
- Flexible paid time off with a strong culture encouraging work-life balance
- Comprehensive health and wellness benefits
- 401(k) plan with employer contributions
- Paid parental leave and family-focused policies
- Opportunity to work on meaningful, mission-driven projects with a collaborative and innovative team
