- Provide Tier 1 help desk support, resolving user issues, documenting workflows, and escalating complex problems
- Assist with geospatial data engineering and workflows to ensure data availability in both Enterprise and Online ArcGIS environments
- Design and deliver training sessions on ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Earth, and other ArcGIS toolsets for stakeholders
- Publish, maintain, and curate content within Enterprise and AGOL platforms
- Support user administration, report generation, and other system maintenance tasks
- Develop automation scripts and processes using Python to streamline geospatial workflows and data pipelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Management, or related IT field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant IT and GIS experience
- Proficiency in ArcGIS Online and Enterprise portal maintenance, including users, groups, roles, and content management
- Strong Python scripting skills for geospatial automation using libraries such as arcpy, ArcGIS Python API, and general-purpose Python libraries
- Experience with ArcGIS Hub, Experience Builder, Survey123, FieldMaps, and other no-code or mobile GIS solutions
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver effective training sessions to diverse audiences
- Competitive salary: $115,000 – $130,000 USD
