Unarmed Security Officer (Flex and Part-Time) at North State Security Group LLC – Charlotte, North Carolina

We are hiring reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to provide on-site security services at a client location in the Charlotte area. We have both part time and flex opportunities available. This position requires strong attention to detail, dependability, and a commitment to safety. Assignments may occur with short notice and include evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas
- Monitor premises and report suspicious activity
- Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed
- Complete detailed activity and incident reports
- Follow and enforce all site rules, safety procedures, and company policies

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid NC PPSB Unarmed Security Guard License
- Valid NC Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
