About This Position
Description:
The Wealth Marketing Intern plays a key role in supporting the firm’s marketing and brand visibility efforts during the summer term. The primary focus of this role is to assist with content creation, social media execution, and marketing projects that enhance client and community engagement. The intern will work closely with the marketing lead and broader team to tell the firm’s story, support campaigns, and execute on digital strategies. This position is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is creative, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, branding, and social media for a professional services firm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS
- Create engaging digital content for social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) aligned with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
- Assist with planning, organizing, and scheduling posts using content calendars and scheduling tools.
- Draft captions, short-form video scripts, and basic graphics that reflect the firm’s voice and values.
- Support filming and production of short-form video content, including set-up, basic editing, and publishing.
- Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares, follows) and assist in tracking performance metrics to inform future content.
- Research social media and industry trends, proposing new content ideas and creative formats to improve reach and engagement.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives, including events, webinars, and client communication efforts.
- Collaborate with team members on brand messaging, visual consistency, and campaign strategy.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining digital content libraries, templates, and brand assets.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned, including content series, newsletters, or educational resources.
- Provide general marketing support and assist with any additional tasks requested to advance the firm’s strategic marketing objectives.
- Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, design, or a related field preferred.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or similar design/video tools preferred.
- Comfortable filming and appearing behind or occasionally in front of the camera, as needed for content.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to represent the firm’s brand appropriately.
