• Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation for regional travel.

• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor.

• Proficiency in problem-solving and time-management for fast-paced construction timelines.

• Extensive experience in high-end residential or complex commercial renovations.

• Formal knowledge of OSHA safety standards and field implementation.

• Proven track record of training or mentoring junior team members.
