What Success Looks Like in This Role

As a Sales Associate, you will:

Build trust and long-term relationships with customers

· Guide customers from first contact to vehicle delivery

· Confidently present vehicles, features, and finance options

· Conduct professional test drives and demonstrations

· Work closely with Sales Managers and F&I to close deals

· Generate leads online, over the phone, and in person

· Consistently meet — and exceed — monthly sales goals

· Deliver an exceptional customer experience, every time
