• Run residential plumbing, drain, and sewer service calls
• Diagnose plumbing issues and present repair and replacement options
• Educate customers and recommend solutions
• Perform quality repairs and installations
• Clear drains and main lines using professional equipment (cable machines, hydro-jetters, cameras)
• Complete job documentation using ServiceTitan (training available)
• Maintain professional appearance and company equipment

• Valid Texas Journeyman, Tradesman, or Drain Cleaner License
• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience required
• Comfortable presenting solutions and earning through performance-based pay
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, goal-driven, team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Full-time, Monday–Friday Rotating on-call schedule
