Restaurant Server- Harriman's Fine Dining (AM Shift) at Salamander Hospitality – Middleburg, Virginia

Located in the heart of Virginia’s scenic Piedmont region, Harrimans Grill showcases seasonal cuisine inspired by the area’s rich agricultural heritage. Our menu features locally sourced ingredients, premium butcher’s cuts, and refined desserts. On Sundays, the restaurant features an elevated multi-course brunch experience reflecting our commitment to culinary excellence.

• $7.60 hourly base wage plus gratuities (strong earning potential typically ranging $1,200–$1,800 per week based on business levels and individual performance)

• Provide exceptional fine-dining service following sequence of service standards
• Take food and beverage orders and provide knowledgeable menu recommendations
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure proper table maintenance and dining room presentation
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings
• Maintain Salamander Middleburg Forbes service standards
• Work collaboratively with the culinary and restaurant team to ensure seamless service

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant serving experience required (fine dining or upscale restaurant experience strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of service standards and guest engagement
• Professional communication skills and polished demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and service execution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Availability for AM shifts, weekends, and holidays
