Patient Experience Representative - Part Time

As a Patient Experience Representative you will help us service patient questions and requests, handle patient escalations, and take our patient experience to the next level. Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound calls. We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking on the phone and genuinely enjoys it. Our Patient Experience Team is responsible for speaking directly with patients and physicians and working closely with our city teams to deliver on our brand promise and ensure the needs of our patients are met.
Your PT schedule will be Mon-Fri, 6am-12pm, PST (one day will be 6am-11am)
The pay is $17/hr and non negotiable
At Getlabs, you will:
  • Ready appointments for our mobile phlebotomist
  • Handle inbound calls from patients and partners
  • Coordinate with doctors and physicians to retrieve lab orders
  • Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve patients issues in a timely and positive manner
  • Coordinate with our local city teams assisting mobile specialists and provide ongoing updates to patients
  • Performance expectations include completing 12 appointments per hour with fewer than 5 errors per month
What we are looking for:
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience with medical experience
  • Tech-savvy, efficient, and self-motivated.
  • Able to maintain a minimum of 12 tickets per hour with high-quality work.
  • Empathetic, proactive, and takes pride in helping people resolve issues
  • Experience processing or reading lab orders
  • Ability to adapt in a rapid growth environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Personable and love speaking with others via phone, text, email, and chat
  • While our teams work remote, you must have a quiet place to work and reliable internet
