About This Position
Working Student (m/f/d)
What you do with us
We’re looking for a motivated Working Student in HR to support our People Team in day-to-day operations and strategic HR topics. You’ll get hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle and work closely with our HR Business Partners.
- Support our HR Business Partners in daily operations and employee support
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help maintain and update employee data in our HR systems
- Prepare HR documents (contracts, references, certificates, etc.)
- Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with HR projects (e.g. performance reviews, surveys, employer branding)
- Be a reliable point of contact for employees’ HR-related questions
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or a related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources / People topics
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
- Hands-on mentality and proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Confident with MS Office
