We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations in our home health office. This role ensures efficient workflows, supports clinical and administrative teams, and maintains compliance with healthcare regulations.

What You’ll Do- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
- Support clinical and administrative staff with scheduling and workflow coordination
- Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and office files
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Serve as a liaison between staff, leadership, and external partners
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and resource needs
- Assist with onboarding, training, and coordination of administrative staff
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Resolve operational issues to maintain smooth office function
- 2–3 years of office management or administrative experience (healthcare preferred)
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements
- Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate staff and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- 2–3 years of office management or administrative experience (healthcare preferred)
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements
