About the Role:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving regional sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives. This role requires leading and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed sales volume targets while expanding the customer base within the assigned territory. The Sales Manager will oversee inside and outside sales activities, ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary training and resources to succeed in competitive markets. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in regional sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, sales planning, and sales volume management.
- Experience leading and developing sales teams, including outside sales representatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Experience in the specific industry relevant to the company’s products or services.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Certification in sales management or professional sales training programs.
