Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to support our New York operations. This on-site role is essential to ensuring efficient technician scheduling while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch mobile technicians to customer and dealership locations.
• Coordinate daily routes to ensure efficiency and timely service
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding scheduling, service updates, and general inquiries
• Answer inbound calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
• Communicate daily assignments, updates, and changes to technicians
• Monitor route progress and proactively address delays, cancellations, or urgent service needs
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to support service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, service calls, and technician availability
• Utilize dispatching, scheduling, and CRM systems to document and track activity
• Provide consistent, high-quality customer service while managing multiple priorities
• Work with accounting and technicians to ensure payments are reconciled

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, scheduling, or call center roles preferred
• Experience in automotive, mobile service, or field service environments is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, calm, and customer-focused demeanor
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or scheduling systems
