How You’ll Make An Impact
You will ensure our employees have the tools, access, and support needed to work efficiently by providing hands-on troubleshooting and technical assistance across multiple systems, devices, and locations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support through ticketing system, email, phone, and in-person requests.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Active Directory, O365, and other systems.
- Support VPN, remote access tools, and multi-factor authentication.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/Tier 3 teams when required.
- Monitor system performance and assist with patching, backups, and updates.
- Document issues, solutions, and processes within the ticketing system and knowledge base.
- Provide onboarding and offboarding IT support, including equipment setup and retrieval.
- Maintain inventory of hardware, software licenses, and IT supplies.
- Assist with cybersecurity awareness and compliance initiatives.
- Participate in IT projects, rollouts, and system upgrades.
What You Bring
- Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 help desk support for end users.
- Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Office, email, and core business software.
- Hands-on experience deploying laptops and IT hardware.
- Ability to create, modify, and manage user accounts.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to train end users.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% for on-site support.
- Ability to document processes, SOPs, and escalation workflows.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
