OTR Truck Driver – Tanker & Flatbed (Regional Routes)

Kelsey Paige Logistics Inc. is hiring experienced OTR Tanker & Flatbed drivers for regional routes only. We are seeking safety-focused professionals who want consistent freight, predictable home time, and a clear path to long-term W-2 employment.
Driver Requirements- Valid Class A CDL (no manual transmission restriction)
- TWIC Card (required)
- HazMat endorsement (required)
- Minimum 3+ years of Tanker & Flatbed experience
- Clean driving record and strong safety performance
- Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA compliance standards
- 2 weeks out /3 days off
- Regional routes only (no coast-to-coast runs)
- Consistent lanes and dispatch support
- 23% of gross load revenue
- Weekly pay
- Typical weekly earnings: $1,000 – $2,000
Employment Structure
- 60-day probation period
- Paid weekly
- 1099 status during probation
- Automatic conversion to W-2 employee upon successful completion of probation
- Consistent freight and steady work

- Willingness to run coast-to-coast HazMat loads on an as-needed basis
- Flexibility to handle higher-payload and higher-revenue loads
- Interest in earning higher pay opportunities tied to long-haul HazMat freight
- Strong experience with long-distance trip planning and compliance
