What You'll Be Doing:

As our Unit Manager, you’ll be the clinical quarterback for Christie Rehab:

• Lead and support a skilled nursing team caring for high-acuity, short-stay rehab patients
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and social services
• Round on patients, track progress, and jump in when conditions change
• Ensure care plans, documentation, and assessments are on point
• Champion quality outcomes like successful discharges, low rehospitalizations, and patient satisfaction
• Mentor, coach, and help grow an amazing nursing team
• Keep us survey-ready and compliant with CMS and state regulations
• Be a go-to clinical resource for patients and families during their rehab journey

Requirements: You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in South Carolina
• Have 1–3 years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
• Love leadership (charge nurse or supervisory experience is a big plus!)
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment where every day is different
• Have strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a calm-under-pressure vibe
