This senior finance leadership role operates at the core of a rapidly scaling, technology-enabled healthcare services organization. You will oversee enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, transforming complex operational and clinical data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic growth. Partnering closely with executive leadership across operations, product, and technology, you will help shape investment priorities and optimize margins in an environment increasingly powered by AI and automation. This role is highly cross-functional, blending strategic finance, operational analytics, and transformation leadership. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across global business units while ensuring financial discipline during rapid expansion. The environment is fast-paced, innovation-driven, and centered on scaling intelligent healthcare delivery models.
This role is responsible for leading enterprise FP&A strategy, financial modeling, and performance management, ensuring alignment between financial outcomes, operational execution, and long-term business transformation.
- Lead annual operating planning (AOP) and multi-year forecasting processes across global business units
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models incorporating clinical volumes, productivity metrics, AI-enabled workflows, and revenue cycle performance
- Conduct scenario planning to support new market expansion, product launches, and AI-driven operational transformation
- Partner with operations and product leadership to improve unit economics and drive margin expansion across service lines
- Establish and maintain executive-level KPI dashboards covering EBITDA, gross margin, DSO, CAC, and other key financial indicators
- Support M&A activities including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger performance tracking
- Lead ROI analysis and capital allocation decisions for major technology and AI investments, ensuring strategic alignment and value creation
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities across the organization
The ideal candidate brings deep FP&A leadership experience within healthcare services, health-tech, or complex SaaS/BPaaS environments, combined with strong financial modeling and strategic business partnership skills.
- 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in senior FP&A leadership roles
- Strong background in healthcare services, revenue cycle management, or health-tech environments is required
- Proven experience building and scaling enterprise financial planning and forecasting frameworks
- Strong expertise in M&A financial due diligence, integration, and performance tracking
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with hands-on experience in tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, or Microsoft Power BI
- Strong understanding of healthcare economics, unit economics, and margin optimization in service-driven models
- Experience working in global operating models (including distributed delivery teams) is a strong advantage
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced finance qualification strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and executive stakeholder management skills
- Competitive base salary range of $175,000 to $250,000 USD
